Interact with BAFTA Winner Paul Abbott at Keele! Q&A Thursday 22nd January, 3.15 PM in CBA0.061


BAFTA, Royal Television Society and Peabody Award winning TV showrunner Paul Abbott will be awarded an honorary doctorate from Keele University on Thursday 22nd January 2015. Following this, Paul Abbott, creator/writer/producer of hit shows such as ShamelessState of PlayClocking OffChildren’s WardCrackerTouching EvilRecklessHit & Miss and the highly anticipated Channel 4 series No Offence, will partake in a public Q&A session from 3.15pm until 4.30pm in the Chancellor’s Building CBA0.061.

This will be rare opportunity to ask one of the leading television writers in the UK questions about his work and about the industry more broadly. If you’d like to find out more about Paul Abbott, DVDs of much of his work are available in the library as well as a book on Paul’s work by Beth Johnson who contributes to the MCC programme (details below).
